Andrea Parkinson

I’m from small town Iowa. In high school, I ran cross country and played basketball and soccer. For my first year of college, I played soccer at Clarke University. I then moved to Iowa City to go to the University of Iowa college of Nursing. During my time in Iowa city, I played Club soccer, became a personal trainer for the university, received my BSN, was certified as a fitness nutritionist, and coached girls high school soccer for Solan. I have been a personal trainer for 2.5 years and have about 5 years of weightlifting experience. I love helping people achieve complete body transformations through weight loss and altering body composition. I also have background in sports performance and strength training.
